Propane Meters and Measuring Chambers Warranty

STANDARD WARRANTY

Liqua-Tech Corporation warrants to the Purchaser of the new Liqua-Tech Meter and/or Measuring Chamber, that any Meter and/or Measuring Chamber installed in accordance with our instructions and used for the purpose intended, which proves to be defective in material, parts or workmanship under normal use and service within 18 months from purchase or 12 months from date of installation, whichever is sooner, and is expressly limited to repair or replacement at Liqua-Tech’s discretion. This warranty does not cover removal or reinstallation costs of any kind.
This warranty does not cover any part which has been subject to accident, alteration, misuse, negligence, improper installation, operation or maintenance. Liqua-Tech shall not be liable for damages as a result of, but not limited to, loss of product, inconvenience, business interruption or other consequential damage of any kind. Any defect in said equipment must be brought to the attention of the distributor or source from which it was purchased.

EXTENDED THREE (3) YEAR WARRANTY

Liqua-Tech Corporation warrants to the Purchaser of the new Liqua-Tech Meter and/or Measuring Chamber, that any Meter and/or Measuring Chamber installed in accordance with our instructions and used for the purpose intended, which proves to be defective in material, parts or workmanship under normal use and service within 3 years (36 months) from the date of shipment, with a maximum use from the chart below, is expressly limited to repair or replacement at Liqua-Tech’s discretion. This warranty does not cover removal or reinstallation costs of any kind.

To qualify for the extended 3-year warranty, the Purchaser must completely fill out the Extended Warranty Card and return it directly to Liqua-Tech within 15 days of installation, or visit
www.liqua-tech.com and complete the warranty information online. Record of yearly strainer maintenance and Measuring Chamber calibration is required and may be requested to validate claim.

IF THE EXTENDED WARRANTY INFORMATION IS NOT RETURNED BY MAIL OR THROUGH THE WEBSITE, THE 3 YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY WILL NOT BE VALIDATED AND THE STANDARD WARRANTY APPLIES.
